Return & Exchange Terms and Conditions:
1. Item must be shipped to us within 14 days of your receipt. We will charge you TWD200 for the shipping cost.
2. For items shipped to us more than 14 days of your receipt, you will need to pay US$15 for the exchange.
3. No exchange for items delivered for more than a month after your receipt.
4. Products must be 100% complete and clean as its original form. Not washed, stained, altered and have all original tags/labels attached and must be accompanied by any original packaging.
5. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or exchange. If the product is in a bad condition already and the buyer doesn't agree to pay for its cleaning fee, we will not ship the product back.
