Binders are the clothing that we wear daily basis and typically need to wear for about 3/4 of the day.

As you wear and wash your binder, its functionality and elasticity may weaken, resulting in it gradually becoming looser and affecting the level of compression.

Therefore, ideally, we recommend replacing your binder every 1 to 1.5 years.

When should you replace your binder?

1.loose or loses its compression

If your binder is already fastened to the innermost hook and it still feels loose, or the zipper has fallen off or the Fastener has lost its stickiness, it has lost its compression.

2. significant discoloration, yellowing, or mold growth

If your binder has started to show yellowing, black mold spots, fabric damage or pilling, it's time to say goodbye to it.

Apart from the material of the binder, all of these conditions may cause skin redness, swelling, and allergies.

The lifespan of a binder varies depending on its washing method, frequency of use, and material.

If you wear and care for your binder correctly, it can generally last for about half a year to one year.

If you prepare two or more binders to alternate and wash, you can extend the lifespan of each one!
